Introducing LEAD, Our Latest Evolution

A global venture corporation dedicated to enhancing lives through sports and health tech.

When Horst Bente and I first met in 2017, it was the entrepreneurial spirit of his grandfather Adi Dassler, founder of adidas, that inspired us to bring LEAD to life. Together with our co-founders, we made it our mission to support early-stage companies at the intersection of sports and health tech. Since then, LEAD has exceeded the initial goals of building an accelerator program and investment fund.

We’ve evolved from an accelerator and one fund into a global venture corporation with a family of funds investing across all stages and a strategic advisory division sharing our expertise with others. This evolution culminated in the rebranding of our global ecosystem. We embraced this transformative journey and expanded our capabilities and roles, but we always stayed true to our ethos. Today we are proud to launch LEAD.
