Justin Driscoll
Principal
As a principal at LEAD, Justin is responsible for our early-stage investment activity (sourcing companies to IC execution) and portfolio management (supporting founders to network activation). Since joining as the first U.S. employee, he has contributed to sourcing, executing, and managing 20+ transactions. Prior to joining LEAD, he spent two years in an operational capacity at a holding company that acquired youth sports event companies and built a ball-tracking technology platform. As a former student-athlete, Justin earned a BA in Economics and an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
